This website have 20 hotels in the 7 country of middle east and this site contain lots of information of all this seven country.

Can i submit this website in DMOZ in the seven regional hotel category.

I am not a dmoz insider but I think that you could try to get in every category that matches.
But if there is a categoriy 'above' those that matches to your topic, then theyll place your site there (my experience).

try it. If it not works try it again in 8 weeks in another category of Dmoz.
